Submit your poster for the Swiss Gender Medicine Symposium 2026 now
The Swiss Gender Medicine Symposium (26/27 October 2026 in Bern) invites researchers, clinicians and medical professionals from all disciplines to submit poster abstracts. Deadline for submissions is 30 June 2026.
The Swiss Gender Medicine Symposium 2026 will bring together researchers, clinicians, decision-makers, lecturers and students of gender medicine, as well as stakeholders from the worlds of business, research foundations and politics. The aim is to increase awareness of gender-specific differences in medicine and to promote dialogue between experts, researchers and decision-makers.
The symposium will therefore be an opportunity for you to present your work to a wider audience.
The programme committee invites researchers to submit posters for the symposium. On-going projects, pilot studies or tested processes from clinical practice – all perspectives will enrich the symposium and the poster exhibition.
Posters can be submitted in the following categories:
Basic research
Clinical research
Public health/Global health
Accepted posters will be displayed in the Wandelhalle at Kursaal Bern during the event on 26/27 October 2026. During moderated poster walks to be held on both days of the event, authors will have the chance to present their work in presentations lasting 2 to 3 minutes. The Poster Award SGMS 2026 will be awarded in each category at the end of the symposium.
